This volume contains three texts, each with its owntitle page and pagination. There is a table of contents for allthree at the opening of the volume, The second and third both includea redundant table of contents, which have been removed for that reason.

The image of the blank front cover has been cleaned up and enhancedwith basic data from the title page, and, so modified, is placed in thepublic domain.
