STATEMENT OF THE OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, CIRCULATION,ETC., REQUIRED BY THE ACT OF CONGRESS OFAUGUST, 24, 1912.
Of Captain Billy’s Whiz Bang, published monthly at Robbinsdale,Minnesota, for October 1, 1921.

State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin—ss.

Before me, a notary public in and for the state and county,aforesaid, personally appeared Harvey Fawcett, who, having beenduly sworn according to law, deposes and says that he is the businessmanager of Captain Billy’s Whiz Bang, and that the followingis, to the best of his knowledge and belief, a true statement ofthe ownership, management (and if a daily paper, the circulation),etc., of the aforesaid publication for the date shown in the abovecaption, required by the Act of August 24, 1912, embodied in Section443, Postal Laws and Regulations, printed on the reverse of thisform, to-wit:

1. That the names and addresses of the publisher, editor, managingeditor, and business managers are: Publisher, W. H. Fawcett,Robbinsdale, Minnesota; editor, W. H. Fawcett, Robbinsdale,Minnesota; managing editor, none; business manager, HarveyFawcett, Robbinsdale, Minnesota.

2. That the owners are: (Give names and addresses of individualowners, or, if a corporation, give its name and the names andaddresses of stockholders owning or holding 1 per cent or more ofthe total amount of stock.) W. H. Fawcett, Robbinsdale, Minnesota;Claire Fawcett, Robbinsdale, Minnesota; George D. Meyers,Robbinsdale, Minnesota; Robert. P. Kirby, Robbinsdale, Minnesota.

3. That the known bondholders, mortgagees, and other securityholders owning or holding 1 per cent or more of total amount ofbonds, mortgages or other securities are: (If there are none, sostate.) None.

4. That the two paragraphs next above, giving the names of theowners, stockholders, and security holders, if any, contain not onlythe list of stockholders and security holders as they appear uponthe books of the company but also, in cases where the stockholderor security holder appear upon the books of the company as trustedor in any other fiduciary relation, the name of the person or corporationfor whom such trustee is acting is given; also that thesaid two paragraphs contain statements embracing affiant’s fullknowledge and belief as to the circumstances and conditions underwhich stockholders and security holders who do not appear uponthe books of the company as trustees, hold stock and securities ina capacity other than that of a bona fide owner; and this affiant hasno reason to believe that any other person, association, or corporationhas any interest direct or indirect in the said stock, bonds,other securities than as so stated by him.

5. That the average number of copies of each issue of this publicationsold or distributed, through the mails or otherwise, to paidsubscribers during the six months preceding the date shown aboveis: (This information is required from daily publications only.)
